I jumped a car and causes a spark in my vehicle. Now it starts but runs poorly and the dash says " low power". Any idea what happened?

Maybe damage to the alternator? If you have a multimeter you can check the battery when the car is running. If the alternator is good then you should be getting 14.5v or more
