Can't get the heat to shift to defrost or floor

Check the vacuum lines to the offending element if possible (attached module to vent door) There is a rubber gasket inside that deteriorates on those type of cars and usually the element is really a pain in the rear end to get to unfortunately. Pretty sure that one is stuffed in a place that requires dash removal to access. Good Luck!
