What does "viewed" mean on my picture?

What does "viewed" mean on my picture?  Will it let you know how many times it has been looked at?
Also, it has mine listed as "High Priced". Compared to others, my SSR has many added options, such as a Megna Supercharger" which is over $5000, which would make my vehicle a very good deal.

High priced, aftermarket accessories don't add much value in a car and limit the market for your car. Good luck selling your car.
