2004 chevy malbiu classice 2 new fuel pumps and still acts like its not getting gas to run whats the promblem

Check the fuel pressure, you may not be getting the correct fuel pump, the fuel pressure regulator is defective, badly plugged fuel injectors. Might be a good idea to have the system live scanned just too make sure the O2 sensors are responding correctly and to check to make sure nothing else is wrong with the engine management systems.
