it sounds like it needs oil, I also have a oil leak. When I would drive my car it will only go up to 5-10 miles per hour. And it barely goes up to 5 miles per hour on a hill, when I would accelerate

A lot of reasons, but first I would have the catalytic converter in the exhaust checked out. If plugged it would cause you car to be holding back, not accelerate.
