Did it click when you tried to jump it ? If so leave cables on for about a minute before trying to start may be to low to start right away let vehicle that is jumping your vehicle idle this will charge your vehicles battery.

I know you said you can hear the relay clicking I am asking about the starter can you hear it clicking ?

If try to jump and it still clicks sounds like a bad starter. Try this have someone tap on starter with a hammer while trying to start vehicle at the same time if vehicle starts replace starter.
