I have a 2004 Chevy cavalier coupe. Whenever the weather is in the 90's it tends to not start.

I got the car checked out by two
mechanics and can't find anything
wrong. I've changed the fuel relay
and I'm changing the fuel pump
soon. Any other ideas?

Sounds like your vehicle is vapor locking try replacing gas cap.
