I have a 2004 4wd chevy blazer. new battery full tank gas, but it won't start. sometimes it does start. AAA guy hit on gas tank with stick while another guy started right up the other day. It was cutting out somewhat (barely) while i was driving it a few wks ago, like it needed a tune up. what the hell is the problem. Fuel filter? or electrical

Sounds like your fuel pump is going bad. have the fuel pressure tested. sometimes banging on the gas tank will wake it up but usually you only get a time or two on that.
