My blower resister went out & I replaced it and it out again, what could be the problem or can I bypass this resister and run the blower straight?

blower motor going bad,

It's a new blower & motor.

Agreed. Although the blower motor works when you bypass the resistor, it is most likely pulling too much current, and causing the resistor to fail.
