Dash lights in '05 Base Tundra went out but no fuses are blown... Is the problem bulbs?
OEM Instrument panel lights, radio lights, and push button 'dash' lights went out. The radio bright-dim feature that is activated when headlights are turned on works during the day but not after dark. I checked for blown fuses under the hood and in the mini-fuse panel under the steering wheel but couldn't find any with broken 'bars'. Am I overlooking another fuse panel somewhere? I can't imagine that several bulbs would go bad at the same time, so.... I'm again thinking that the problem must be circuit (fuse) related. Anybody else had this experience/problem ? Thanks!
It's highly unlikely that all bulbs went out at once, A service manual should point out all locations, also check the circuit with an ohm meter with the car battery disconnected to see if there is a short or a bad ground.
