I've changed the bulb and replaced the fuse with a new one and still cannot get this light to shine. What else am I missing?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2005 Chevy Trailblazer's right front headlight is not wanting to turn on.  I have changed the bulb and replaced the fuse with a new one.  What else do I need to do so my headlight will work?

check for power and ground at headlight. multimeter across power feed wire and ground wire should read source voltage (12v) with key on and headlights on (headlight unplugged). if not, wiring problem.

That sounds about right. If you do have power try some bulb lube on the prongs. This will help you get a better connection.
