Why won't my compression hold in my brake

Is the pedal going to the floor?

You have a busted brake line or the master cylinder is bad. Fill it up with brake fluid and pump up the pedal.Look to see if it runs out on the ground. If no leaks,the master cylinder is bad.

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder before installing?
