Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1) My oil light is on. I checked my oil,  it's good.
Why is the light on?
2) My brake light is on as well, from time to

If the motor is not making any knocking, ticking noise, you may be ok on the oil light, unless you had the oil changed and they didn't reset the light. But any way, have the oil pressure checked for piece of mind. It may be as simple as an oil sending unit...................The break light, first check the E-break foot pedal, you may have inadvertently pushed on that causing the light to come on. Otherwise it may be in the break light switch itself and need to be replace or cleaned. A little button or lever moves in there with the break pedal.
