Oil and radiator leak and mix.

I have a 2005  1500suburban . It's leaking brown
foamy liquid. Someone told me it was
transmission fluid and anti freeze mixed. I don't
know what to do?

That sounds like oil and water all right. Check both the engine and transmission fluids to see what the source is.

If it is coming from the trans then you will need a new radiator and a transmission flush. If it is the engine then you probably have bad head gasket. Either way it is not good.

I was driving and the vehicle didn't want to shift to second or third gear stalling the vehicle. That's how I found it was leaking. Motor rus but won't go fast.

Leaking from where? The radiator? Check the transmission fluid on the dip stick. I bet it will look nasty or at least be really low. Don't drive your car anymore until this problem is fixed as you will end up causing even more damage. Hopefully you just have trans fluid in the coolant and not coolant in the transmission.
