I have a 2005 chevy malibu 4cyl and it won't start. I've already replaced the starter and Crank Position Sensor and still nothing. There's spark and there's fuel but fails to start. There's also a heavy smell of gasoline under the hood when I try to start it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

What is the fuel pressure at fuel rail? All four plugs have spark?

Don't know the fuel pressure bc we don't have a gauge but fuel spits out of the fuel rail at the check valve. Battery is at 12.7 V

If theft light is on turn key to on position and let it set with key in on position for 10-15 minutes. (Light should go out) then turn key off. Now try to start car. If it then starts you will be ok till it happens again. These cars are known for issues like this with anti theft system.

It sounds like the starter is just spinning. The car is cranking slow like the battery is dead but I have full Voltage

Just for giggles might want to try the above mention anti theft reset. Never know just might work.
