How extensive a brake job was it? New rotors? Calipers? Did he bleed brakes at all? If he did bleed brakes, there is a float sensor in the master cylinder that should be checked, if it sticks it can trigger the VSC and brake lights. Toyotas being Toyotas you should also stick with factory OEM parts. If lights persist, you may need to run a scan tool on it.

Thanks for getting back with me! No rotors no caliphers! No bleeding of the brakes! But I fixed it! Held the Trac Off button down and started my vehicle and let it run for ten sec while still hold the button down on the TracOff! Turned vehicle off and repeated the process and after second time all lights went off and my brakes work great! But again Thanks for getting back!
