Usually you just replace the bulb. Are they not working and you have a wiring issues. But it you want to replace the bulb, remove the screws from the license plate lamp, remove the license plate lamp from the rear bumper fascia remove the license plate lamp socket, turning counterclockwise and replace bulb.
