Security sensor light won't turn off, car doesn't want to start

I bought an old police car. All the door locks
are drilled out n we have 1 single completely
metal key. Our car just WON'T START at
times!!!! What can I do

This going to be expensive to fix right, a dealer will have to replace all the locks with a new matched set, then he will have to program the security system to recognize the new keys. The other option is they can disable the security system, but it is not advisable cause if you ever loose battery power the system will revert back and the car won't run and there will be no way to reset it unless it is towed back to a dealer and have it done all over again. So my advise to you is fix it right if your going to keep the car.
