Hey im nene im having a problem with my 2005 chevy impala base the check engine light is on the car wont crank unless u put ur feet on the gas while cranking it. Then while driving the car
Have your computer scanned at your local auto parts store and post the trouble code(s) here. Sounds like a bad IAC (Idle Air Control) valve. If your Impala has over 100,000 miles on it you're due for a tune up. A tune up on your car consists of new spark plugs and new spark plug wires. I'd recommend iridium spark plug so they'll last another 100,000 miles. HTH. -Jim
