Leak in evap

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey so my check engine light & vsc track light came on. I
brought it to my mechanic he said most likely gas cap
issues. We tightened the gas cap and cleared the
computer.  Drove good for a few days now it came back.
Scanned in the computer again & says "leak in evap
system" - any ideas how to fix this without spending a ton
of money?

It's a leak somewhere between the gas tank and the charcoal canister. Only thing you can do is search for it and fix it; that's what a mechanic would do, but he has a lot of equipment to help him.
