Fuel pump relay. it is in the power distribution box in the engine compartment.

Thank you for that answer. I have another question to be sure. In the book it states that the fuel pump has 2 relays, one is the main, and the other is the icu. Which one is giving the fuel pump the current when the key is turned on? Is there supposed to be a 2 second pause to prime the system to pressurize the system? If so, where would the current come from, which of the 2 relays?

One of those should say EFI main, that is the one. As far as the current, there is a main power from the battery and the trigger signal power comes from the ignition key and the ground signal from the main processor. Do you have a wiring diagram for the rig? If not it would be a good idea to get one from a parts store or the dealer.

When you turn the key is there supposed to be a buzzing sound for 2 seconds?

A buzzing sound may be a relay gone bad.
