Take it back to the mechanic who did the work, he probably forgot to adjust the emergency brake. Have them look at the idle issue as well. Why were the cats replaced? Clogged due to a misfire? Are any lights lit up on the dash?

Yeah check engine light but it is a transmission issue that we discussed and would have to rebuild tranny and can't afford that now .Gonna do a flush and fill and just hope it keeps running shifts fine though,Thanks Tom I though it was the mechanics fault he was in a rush and I will be at the shop first thing,Owner is a friend and will take care of me you just reinfoced what I thought,I know my Rav had it for 5 years baby it change oil every 2 months so many new parts I have invested so much in it but thanks you are the bomb !!!!! Ok, the rough idle might be related to the transmission/torque convertor then. In neutral you disengage it. Good Luck.

Ok we will see I may just have to baby it until it dies thanks again Sandy
