can't get brakes to work after I changed pad and calipers on my 2005 Equinox.

After replacing everything with all new parts and bleeding the brake lines.  I still can't get
the pedal to stay up..

Check the RABS valve on the ABS unit it may have a bleeder, check for air there too, if no air is found, try bleeding the brakes with the key turned on. If that don't work then during the brake job and bleeding you may have dislodged some crud that was stuck in the master cylinder and it may have stuck in the valving of the cylinder. But if you still fell like it is just air in the system you could take it to a shop that can do pressure bleeding, if any air was in the system that will force it out.

The bleeder valve is on the bottom of the caliper. Gravity pulls the fluid to it and leaves air in the top. Take the caliper off the car but leave the rotor between the pads and bleed with the valve at a high point. You will get your air out. ... pita to figure out. ....
