Same as any other vehicle. Crack the lug nuts, jack the truck up properly and use a jack stand to secure it in the air. Take the rest of the lug nuts off, put the new one on, hand tighten the lug nuts, lower the vehicle and torque the lug nuts to 80-100 ft-lbs.
