I was driving down my driveway in my truck I could
feel the truck lose pressure and I seen the ROM
guage go down , it turned off , I tried to start it up
again but it just cranks over

put some gas down the throttle and see if it fires up , then the fuel pump might be bad , first see if it gets power and a good ground , could be a relay also

I predict a loose timing chain, such that the distributor which is driven off the timing chain is loose and out of place...think you meant RPM not Rom~ and these things should be changed every 80,000 miles, fitted with a tension shoe and new sprockets..the timing case is also the oil pump which is driven off this chain too~ inspect and replace the chain if a '92 probably needed a chain 100,000 miles ago...mine went at 80,000~
