Check for the presence of 12 volts at the coil(s)~ if not there would suspect the ignition switch or ignition relay (or starter relay is called by some)~

get a NEW battery and wirebrush the 1/0 cable that comes off the negative side of the battery as it attaches to the frame...wirebrush the lug...wirebrush the frame and put it back together to restore the full potential with steady voltages and available amperages~

why 11.6? the battery is kaput~
