my lc brakes at about 30mph, alarm comes on, swerving car in dash lights up.
can anyone assist

This could be any number of things, the fact that it brakes on it own is telling me that there is a problem in the antilock system, might be a bad sensor, wiring, even the computer itself. This problem is not one your going to track down yourself, it needs a qualified independent shop. One that has the equipment and knowledge to hookup and run the diagnostics on the system.
