Looking at a vehicle i want to replace is a 2002 Toyota Highlander limited edition Last time it shows replaced on car is 3-07 116,000 miles Toyota recommends replacement every 90,000 miles This means it needs to be replaced Correct?

If it was changed at 116K miles, I suspect it never was at 90K, the owner waited. So it should be good till 200K.
