2004 Toyota Corolla

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi There, My toyota corolla, 2004 is working great generally, but lately after I drive the car, and sometimes after it has been sitting, it will start but it will start perfectly the first time then after I drive it for a bit (lets say 15 minutes) I stop to the store and then it takes a few try to start it. I had it in the shop two days ago and they say the connection to the battery was loose so they tighten it then the problem started again the next day. Its seems to start fine in the cold and everything. it seems to be after its started driving it for a bit.

Are you turning the key and there's nothing? Or are you saying that you have to hold the key longer and let the engine crank for a longer period of time before it will actually start?

I brought my car to the auto shop and it was the starter. But thanks for trying to help;)
