You may have to take off the door panel and clean all the broken glass out of the door. If it pulverized and went down inside of the door, it may be binding up your lock mechanism.

Did it break the door window or other windows, did it land on the roof panel? Have you tried other doors?

The other doors open how can i open door panel to clean it out

If you have access to a good air compressor with a long reach blow nozzle, shield yourself and blow air inside the panel via the window opening, focus air where the latch assembly would be, hopefully the blast will dislodge the shards binding the latch.

Sounds like the door and/or door frame got bent out of alignment do to the tree limb. If you have full coverage insurance, file a claim. Because of the vehicle's age they'll most likely total it but at least you'll get something towards a new(er) car. HTH. -Jim
