What makes this car so good?
Its a toyota. And if taken care of it will produce alot of miles for you, with reliability.
Toyota has a long history of outstanding build quality in their products. This is most evident in the amount of abuse these vehicles can sustain, yet still remain reasonably reliable. This is due to superior engineering, better materials, higher quality standards and exceptional fit and finish. Factor in that Toyota's engineers have nailed how to make a care user-friendly and you've got a great car. Granted, in the looks department, Toyota is no Ferrari, or for that matter, Mazda, but they build solid machines that appeal to a very broad base of customers. Smart company with very smart products. I have a 1995 Corolla DX that's getting ready to turn 165,000 on it. It's been wrecked (previous owner), I've nearly vibrated it apart with my audio system (Alpine), and it's be driven without mercy for the last 4 years by me. Yet, without fail, even in subzero West Virginia winters, this car turns over the first time, every time. Prior to this car, I had only owned "American" vehicles. Well, I feel that my poor, battered, California assembled Corolla is by far the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. When I finally kill this poor thing, I'm going turn around and buy another one!
Its true corollas are very great cars strong and reliable cars with stand abuse and still run smoothly.
