car won’t start

Asked by Oct 13, 2019 at 10:41 PM about the 2004 Toyota Celica GT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The car won’t turn on removed starter and took it to
get it checked and they said it works. Battery is
new and so is the Starter relay fuse. Does anyone
have an idea what it can be?
