we replaced the fuel pump on my 2001 toyota celica gt but we had the wires crossed and we tried to start it and of coarse it wouldn't. we changed the wires back and it still wont start. any thoughts?

thats normal since the system is fully dryed. keep cranken it to fill the fuel system up. or take the hose off after the maff sensor. and spray ida the fuel or some cold start spray. diractly in to the hose. it should start frm haf a crank.(meaning the system was dry. if didnt start than check 4 blown fuses an chack fuel pump relay.
