I have a 2000 Celica GTS and both high beams do not come on. I've checked the bulbs, fuses and relays are good. I also metered out the dimmer swt and it checked good? any suggestions

Run a continuity test on the high beam wiring from the dimmer switch to the relays and from the relays to the headlights, you may have a broken wire.

Thanks, that was it. found a wire with corrosion, replaced that section of wire and it works.
