Car smell funny

Asked by Jul 13, 2016 at 03:22 PM about the 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt LS

Question type: General

Every time I turn my air-conditioning on my whole
car will reek of rotten eggs. What could this be?

That sometimes happens when the system has run out or is running very low on refrigerant. The A/C system might have a bad condenser. It's nothing you've done -- you just need to have the system serviced.
