Do you have a belt on the alternator? Does the battery have a good charge on it? Why are you push starting it? Are all the connections to the starter attached? Any bad fuses ? Are the battery connections good?

Do you have any type of security system on the vehicle? is the check engine light on ? If so what are the engine codes?
