why check engine light blinking and car has no power

started car and didnt want to start, too cold, finally got it started, but running rough and check engine light is blinking and the car has no power

Engine light is probably flashing a code, does engine smooth out when engine gets up to temperature?


Have the car scanned for the code/codes and post back here. A local auto parts store will scan for free in most cases.
