My 93 Toyota celica will start and run I shut it off wait 5 minutes and it will not start but u can push start it

Replaced plugs wires distributor , the distributor cap did not fix the problem

So are you saying that it won't crank after a hot soak, this usually caused by a starter overheating during normal operation. The best way to fix it is to replace the starter as internal damage has already been done and then shield the starter from the nearby heat source, aftermarket has a couple of products to help you with shielding.
