I can not find the "kick plat" fuse box that houses the 7.5amp fuse for the rear defrost.

Hi Schoone. The kick plate is that bit of plastic in front of the drivers side door under the dash. Now I'm not sure about the 1993 Celica but the 1992 also had a kick plate panel on the passenger side as well I believe. Check there. if the 1993 model year has one too that might be the hom eof your rear defrost fuse. Otherwise a trip to your local big box parts store will probably yield results or you could drop a dime to your local Toyota parts or service department. Good luck.

it is right under the dash on the drivers and passengers side you will have to open the door and pull up the entire kick plate across the door frame once you remove this look under the dash and you will be able to see the fuse box
