My 1993 Toyota Celica keeps popping out of gear could you tell me what the cause could
be

Many times if a manual transmission pops out of gear there is a mechanical problem inside the transmission. Could be a bad synchronizer which would require dissembley of the transmission.

I agree with Bob on that issue. More than likely it is the synchronizer
