Dear randee-- Our government says you should get 24 to 31 mpg. on your 1992 Toyota Celica. This would vary slightly between the manual and automatic transmission and the four and six-cylinder engines. Fine tune it yourself at www.fueleconomy.gov. Good luck from Bovan.

Approx. 20 city and 30 highway. Help me too. I removed gear shifter (leAving cord attached). After putting put the shifter on again I cannot bolt the screws in place or my key will not releAse. The shifter must stay un-screwed on and raised a little before I can get my keys out of ignition Help!!!
