Judge I believe that his model is driven by the timing belt.

Ok yes it is driven by timing belt. Timing belt replacement is suggested at water pump replacement.

Your best bet is to get a repair manual for your car. Water pumps that are driven by the timing belt can turn into a rather intense replacement if you have never done one before. There is not much room for error and if not installed correctly major engine damage can occur. Do your homework before trying to tackle this one.
