Can anyone offer advice on how to get car started?

Asked by Apr 09, 2017 at 07:44 PM about the 2004 Toyota Camry Solara SLE Convertible

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After reversing polarity, I have changed the main 120 Amp fuse (no easy
task), also checked/replaced other fuses the EF1 relay switch for good
measure.  Got electricity but won't turn over. Ideas??
