How do I check the fuses to see if they are OK, air compressor is not engaging

There is a fail safe in the AC system, that the clutch on the compressor won't engage if the refrigerant is too low. Have your AC system service to determine if you have a leak or not, or you have the correct pressure first before replacing parts.
