Same lights but engine will not go above idle.

This happened a few weeks ago and somewhere between when it was picked up and when it was unloaded at the ship it fixed itself.  The mechanic could not find anything wrong.  Haven't put gas in it for over a week.  Could this be a loose electrical connection to the ECU?

Would you know if the Battery was disconnected at any time during transport?

That is a good question but I don't know the answer. I will probably try to clear by disconnecting the battery and see. I just wonder why most people can still drive with these lights and mine is shut down beyond anything but idle?
