How to fix idles real slow

After i change the valved cover gasket an
disconnected the battery i got bad idle real low an
is it bad to use sea foam spray cleaner on the idel
air control valve

Use throttle body cleaner on the IAC. Did you have the bad idle before the gasket change? If not, recheck all your connections, like the ignition coils, etc. Was the valve cover installed correctly? You might have a vacuum leak there or other hose. Perform a smoke test or spray some carb cleaner around the suspected areas and see if the idle increases.

Any time you disconnect the battery, the "base idle" data is lost from the ECU memory. Your Camry's "base idle" needs to be re-learned. Usually, a couple of hours of driving is sufficient for this.
