i have toyota camry 2005 LE 2.4 and i went for the computer check as i was suggested and they told me i have a problem with the two sensors oxygen and air mass sensor because i have a problem with the fifth gear shifting which is not shifting ,when i put the car in D it is running and all the gears are shifted at normal time and are smooth except the fifth one and the check lamp is on,when i put the car in D and start driving and i accelerate the engine sounds like the car is a sports car ,the engine makes a noise like air blower booom and there is no power in the engine,i just want to inquire that do these sensors are really effecting the gear shifting.

They can, but you didn't mention if you got a transmission code, there should be one in the diagnostic code that you have pulled if 5th is not operating.
