my Camry 2004 December Model is not starting from this morning. Battery condition is

When you say, "won't start", what exactly is going on? Do you turn the key and absolutely nothing happens, or does the engine turn over forever and the car will not fire up?

HI Reelin. I turn the ignition key to start ans I could hear only click sound from Relay (I believe). Starting motor is turning up the engine. I have towed it to workshop today. From past two days I was observing high rpms and less speed of vehicle. I mean gear changes not happening properly as previous. Is this related to starting problems? however, I need to wait for mechanic's observation tomorrow.

So, the engine is spinning over and it's not firing. That is an indication of a no spark or no fuel situation. I'm going to say that they will tell you that your fuel pump is shot. The 2004's have been notorious for having bad throttle bodies. If the shop say's bad fuel pump, I would ask them to make sure that it's not the throttle body failing. What they typically do is change out the fuel pump for $800, then in a couple of weeks, you're right back where you started. Just research 2004 Camry throttle body failure.
