will my tires wear out quickly if I do not put shocks and strutz on?
Do you have the original suspension on now? How many miles on the vehicle? Are you experiencing any issues? The short answer is no, unless the shocks are completely worn out or leaking.
It a matter of degree with contact to pavement...obviously you may get more bouncy miles than you will out of smooth sailin', but will not have as much control over the vehicle~
Those things are there to make you car safe for you to drive and for the rest of us on the road too, not having to doge around you. If you need to repair them Do It. It's false economy to not repair them; they wont get better by themselves and the danger to you and your passengers is increased each time you drive around. HTH Good Luck
