I have a 2001 Camry V6. The air conditioner will blow cold like normal most of the time. However, some times after the a/c has been running a while, it will start getting warmer and turning it on or off does not have any effect. I have changed the compressor clutch relay but that did not fix it. Any ideas?
You are someone else may have over charged the system or under charged it. If over charged it will cause the system to ice up. This may be your issue. If undercharged, it will also become warm. Or you may need your drier replaced. It is supposed to take water out of the system. If it's not working, water will build up causing ice.
